HVHN wants reviews to reflect genuine experiences. We do not require positive sentiment, suppress legitimate negative reviews merely because they are negative, or condition an incentive on a positive review. Reviews may be moderated for fraud, impersonation, threats, harassment, unlawful content, irrelevant material, privacy violations or other documented policy violations.

If an incentive is ever offered for feedback or a review, it must not depend on positive sentiment and any material connection should be disclosed where required. Sponsored provider placement must be labeled and does not purchase a better customer rating.

Feedback submitted privately for product improvement is not automatically a public testimonial. HVHN should obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable feedback in marketing.
