These terms govern use of the HVHN website, provider application process, account tools, payment flow, and network resources.
Website use
HVHN provides provider-network information, application tools, onboarding resources, account access, and service-category guidance. Users agree not to submit false information, interfere with the website, misuse forms, or misrepresent provider capacity.
Provider relationship
Submitting an application, creating an account, or paying for onboarding does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or guaranteed lead relationship. Providers remain independent businesses or individuals responsible for their own operations.
No guarantee
- No guaranteed jobs or leads
- No guaranteed income
- No exclusive territory
- No guaranteed ranking or public listing
- No guarantee that a provider will be routed work in any specific market
Changes and updates
HVHN may update pages, pricing, provider requirements, account processes, screening rules, service categories, and routing structure as the network grows.
