Provider Payment Terms & Network Access Rules

Review the payment, onboarding, account access, screening, and routing terms that apply to HVHN providers and contractors.

Payment activates access, not guaranteed income

  • Paid onboarding activates the provider onboarding/account flow.
  • Payment does not guarantee jobs, lead volume, ranking, territory, exclusivity, route priority, or income.
  • Provider information may still need to be completed or corrected before routing opportunities are sent.
  • HVHN may pause, limit, or remove providers for inaccurate information, unsafe practices, poor communication, or customer issues.

Refund and correction policy

Incorrect payments, duplicate payments, or payments made for the wrong product may need to be reviewed, refunded, credited, or corrected. Digital onboarding access, administrative review, and account setup may limit refund eligibility once work has begun.

Provider responsibilities

  • Submit accurate business and contact information
  • Keep service areas and availability current
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Follow local laws, disposal rules, safety expectations, and customer-site requirements
  • Do not misrepresent insurance, equipment, crew size, availability, or service capacity

Network discretion

HVHN may adjust provider access, categories, visibility, routing consideration, or account status based on service fit, market needs, customer feedback, communication, safety, and operational requirements.
