Providers use HVHN as independent businesses and retain discretion to accept or decline opportunities. Providers are responsible for their services, pricing, personnel, equipment, insurance, licenses, permits, taxes and compliance applicable to the work they perform.

HVHN may restrict job classes based on verified capabilities or compliance information. No job volume, earnings, territory or exclusivity is guaranteed. Providers must not misrepresent qualifications, misuse customer information, perform unlawful dumping, or accept work they cannot safely and legally complete.
